TownePlace Suites by Marriott Boulder Broomfield/Interlocken

The staff is friendly. The rooms are fairly decent and have a kitchen with dishes, utensils, a pan, a stock pot, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric stove, and a refrigerator provided. The only drawback is that the laundry room is small with only two washers and two dryers. Breakfast is provided as well. Pets are welcome too

We loved the room. It’s very big compared to some hotel chains, the suites are large and you have two bedrooms, a living room with sofa and chair with large tv and tv’s in each room. No arguing over what to watch! The one down review is they don’t bring fresh towels. The other is that they decided to discontinue breakfast which our kids love to get. It’s hard to locate the entrance.

I ended-up with covid shortly after my arrival and spent the majority of my vacation in bed; fortunately, the suite was very clean and comfortable. Most notable aspect about my stay was the young lady at the front desk, Jenny! Jenny went so far above and beyond to make me more comfortable and get me well, she even went to get the scrip my Dr. had called-in - I cannot say enough about that kind of exceptional customer service - very rare and much appreciated!!

What a great place to stay for a really long weekend. Perfectly located by both big box and small name stores. Plenty of restaurants and close to the highway but not too close. The staff was helpful and kind not nosey and weird like some hotels. And it was nice being able to eat in and prepare a meal in the small kitchen in my room. Just a great little set up.

Just checked in today. The has it all dishes utensils ,hair dryer coffe pot. Plenty of storage for clothed, lots of lights and a comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly, and are serious about talking care of your needs. Location restaurants, mall block or 2 away you can walk to Walmart.

So, I'm generally not a fan of Marriott's lowest tier. This stay is actually the least expensive in the entire Denver-metro area. If it were more expensive, I would rate it lower. But it does seem to be an exceptional value for the price point. The kitchenette is great. Bed is comfy. It's dated but clean. No serious complaints.

My reservation was a hassle right out the gate, the rooms were not typical for a Marriott hotel, but the service was absolute some of the best i had in a long time. Chantel works the night shift but made sure the days were just as pleasant as well. This girl deserves a raise. She fixed my reservation, upgraded my room, and even saved me money in the end. Then to top it off I left my daughter’s phone after check out and instead of giving me “come back tomorrow to talk to my boss”, she took the time and effort to call upper management and make sure I found my phone! She is what the service industry is about! Thank you Chantel for making our bumpy road so much more manageable.

The room setup with a kitchenette is great. Beds were comfortable but not the lush cozy sheets (no comforter) of a really nice hotel. The shower had great pressure which I appreciated. The hallways and rooms have a bit of an old smell but you get used to it quickly. Restaurants and movies are very walkable. Unfortunately, at the moment, there is a lot of construction in the area.
